Located at 500m from the city centre, in a privileged spot with a magnificent view over the bay of Funchal. The Residence has 20 confortable rooms (17 with varanda and seaview) with private bathroom, telephone, cable TV and hairdryer. Some rooms have kitchenette, refrigerator and wireless internet. The residential has a pool with panoramic view, parking (free), solarium and bar-esplanade. Reception 24h.

Whether coming from the airport, from the east or from the west by the expressway, take the exit #12 “Funchal/C. da Barca”. Continue to the first traffic lights and turn right at the signpost Funchal (Pena). Follow the road to the third crossing (1km), turn to the right then go up on the right again immediately at the first street “Rua do Pina”. Make a left on the second road to the left (300m), “Travessa do Pina”. The Residencial Pina is found at 200m on the left. Enter to the residential’s courtyard where you will find a free parking lot.
